Board of Directors
· By-laws – Approved by the Board of Directors
- Election of Board and Officers
- Attendance at Board meetings
- Indemnification
- Officers and Directors Liability Insurance
· Board meetings
- Generally the third Monday of each month at noon. Exceptions.
- Agenda – delivered on Friday before meeting
- Ask questions before or at Board meetings
- Take an active role
- Approximately $75.00 quarterly charge for Board meeting lunches and Planning Conference
· Determine Board Policy
- Policy on operations
- Policy of position statements
- Chairman is the official Chamber spokesperson
