$100,000 Contributes to Major Community Initiatives



In just 3 days, 120 volunteers of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce produced a record breaking $100,000. 


The $100,000 contributed to the 2019 Membership Event fuels major initiatives of the Greater Chamber Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce; commuter rail, military mission expansion, workforce, education, housing, and so much more. There are over 7,500 Chambers across America and only 60 have reached this threshold.

Remaining the largest organization representing the interest of business in the State of Wyoming is the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is comprised of 1,023 businesses, 163 of which are new partners. Accolades acquired by the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce include; 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and named in the "Top Three Chambers" in the Nation by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE.) Earnings captured during the Membership Event will focus on achieving the mission of the Chamber, "To make the greater Cheyenne area a more quality and prosperous community."  This is done through major initiatives in community, economic, and business development.  The success of the Membership Event can be attributed to the blend of participants. From elected officials, to community contractors, cattlemen, to your retailers and professional services, the Chamber Partners invested their time, talents, enthusiasm and network to make the event a success.
