Business Week This Week



Business Week is filled with events and activities to celebrate and empower businesses. This week is presented by DAPCPA and features more than 100 businesses in the activities throughout the week.


Ed & Mary Weppner will be inducted into the Circle of Champions. A Hall of Fame which recognizes civic excellence and business leadership. They will share their story in front of an audience during the Tuesday, November 6th luncheon at Little America from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is moderated by Dr. Joe Schaffer of Laramie County Community College.


Tuesday, November 6th The Expo opens up to the public from 4 to 7 p.m. at Little America in the Large Ballroom. All are welcome to attend, no admission and opportunity to win many prizes, enjoy delicious food and play games! Attendees who participate in the Passport game can have their chance of winning the grand prize of a Fitbit Ionic Smartwatch.


Additional festivities during the week include the Annual Southeast Wyoming Economic Forecast luncheon on Thursday, November 8th. Information provided during this session will help businesses going into 2019 more informed and prepared. The week ends with a Small Business Lunch & Learn, Friday, November 9th, which it tooling businesses with the must knows of technology. They will learn how to incorporate technology to be innovative, creative and to excel their business into the future. This will be presented by Eric Trowbridge of Array School of Technology & Design.
