Annual Banquet Awards' Nominations Now Being Accepted


Paramount to economic advancement is our ability to connect with one another.

We are a regional leader, paving a path to optimal prosperity. Help us acknowledge extraordinary accomplishments of the business community by submitting a nomination for this year's Annual Banquet Awards.


Now accepting nominations in the following categories:

CHAMBER SPIRIT: Chamber Spirit Award Finalists are individuals that are highly engaged in the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and our community. They demonstrate leadership and are strong ambassadors of the business community.

2017 Chamber Spirit Award Award Recipient was Pat Ashworth, Express Employment Professionals.

EMERGING LEADER: Nominees are highly ambitious young professionals who are instrumental in the Cheyenne community, the Chamber and other community organizations. Young professionals must be 35 and under.

2017 Emerging Leader Award Recipient was Craig Hibberd, Wells Fargo.


COMMUNITY SERVICE: The Community Service Award Finalists are businesses that make a difference through outstanding initiatives and contributions. They kindheartedly put others first, and are businesses who support charitable organizations.

2017 Community Service Award was Recipient Cheyenne Stampede Jr A Hockey. NON-PROFIT: Non-profit of the Year Award Finalists are businesses that make a difference through outstanding initiatives and contributions, kindheartedly put others first, and must be classified as a non-profit.

2017 Non-Profit of the Year Award Recipient was Element Church. LARGE BUSINESS: The Large Business Finalists have made a great impact on the Cheyenne area with their specialized services and are engaged in the Cheyenne Community.

2017 Large Business Award Award Recipient was First American Title. SMALL BUSINESS: The Small Business Award Finalists exemplify a strong entrepreneurial spirit and provide a unique culture for our community. (Business cannot exceed a total of 10 employees). 2017 Small Business Award Recipient was Ward Insulation.

Additionally, the evening of the Annual Banquet the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors takes a moment to recognize community greatness with the following awards.


BUSINESS ADVOCATE AWARD:

Community leaders who go above and beyond to create a business friendly environment for our community is recognized.


Business Advocate Award Recipient was former Col Steve Kravitsky.


COMMITTEE OF THE YEAR: The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce is comprised of business professionals who volunteer their time, talents and support. Annual the Board of Directors recognizes a committee which is doing an outstanding job of championing this mission of the Chamber.


Committee of the Year recipient was the Red Carpet Committee.

PERSON OF THE YEAR: Person of the year is the final award which will not be formally announced until the evening of the Annual Banquet Awards. This is  the highest honor bestowed by the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce.

The Person of the Year Recipient was Tucker Fagan.
