Protecting Business

Glad we could catch your attention! It is fun to see Dale Steenbergen, our President/CEO of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, as one of the most epic Marvel Superheros, there is a lot of seriousness to why! This year we are embarking on a Membership Drive with a company called Your Chamber Connection. Being able to expand our representation of businesses around Laramie County helps to make our organization stronger, for all of you.

Acting as a bridge between government and businesses to advance our economy, we are able to achieve projects like free broadband in downtown Cheyenne. We also worked to increase Bachelors degree attainment in our region by empowering community colleges around the State to provide this educational experience. Consistent work to advocate for the expansion of our local military to further advance one of Wyoming's top employers is also the Chamber's priority. These are all initiatives, to name a few, that we work tirelessly on.

There are a variety of activities that the Chamber participates in to expand and protect our community. We cut red tape so our business environment is favorable. We build relationships with community leaders, policy makers and our valuable businesses to keep a solid pulse on needs and desires.

We actively compete on the National stage and Global stage through the unity of our businesses under the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce. We are a 5 Star Accredited Chamber by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The first Chamber to serve on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce CCC100. We were named in 2014 in the Top 3 Chambers in the Nation. We are a strong Chamber but this strength only exists because of our superpower of getting the right people, talents and focus to the table to make an impact. Sounds simple - but it is an art. It is made possible by you, our invested partners.

The fact is, the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce is activating it's businesses to help us grow our organization in November for our Membership Drive. We need you to come to the table with a "Can Do" attitude and some business relationships for which you know would benefit from being engaged and invested in the Chamber. Then, like anything else we do in the business world, participants will compete to bring in the most partners in just a few hours.

Let's reach new heights together and let's expand our influence!

Join us for the 2019 Membership Drive because together, we are stronger.
