Dale G. Steenbergen is the President & CEO of the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, with over 18 years of experience in Chamber leadership, agri-business, and small business management. A proven advocate for pro-business policies, he has led major policy improvements and secured funding for key regional projects.

Before leading the Wyoming Chamber, Dale served as President of Chambers in Cheyenne, Wyoming; Woodward, Oklahoma; and Dahlonega, Georgia. His career began in the cattle industry, managing purebred operations across multiple states.

Nationally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, the U.S. Chamber’s Committee of 100, and the Sentinel Advisory Group.

Dale holds a B.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma Baptist University and has completed advanced training through the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management and other leadership programs. He and his wife, Sharon, live in Wyoming with their daughter, Grace, and operate NS Bar Cattle.
