Colonel Barry F. Deibert is the 153d Wing Commander at the 153rd Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard Base Cheyenne, Wyoming. He serves as the overall commander of each of the five groups that make up the wing and their responsibilities for the state and national requirements.

About the Event
Colonel Barry F. Deibert is the 153d Wing Commander at the 153rd Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard Base Cheyenne, Wyoming. He serves as the overall commander of each of the five groups that make up the wing and their responsibilities for the state and national requirements. The Wyoming Air National Guard in Cheyenne allows both local and regional/national C-130 flight crews to train on the flight simulator. Colonel Deibert will give us insight on the program in his presentation and answer any questions.
