Movie Music Matinee Brings Film Favorites to Life with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra

The Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra invites audiences of all ages to a Movie Music Matinee, a high-energy, family-friendly concert featuring unforgettable music from some of the most beloved films of all time.

This cinematic concert will showcase favorites from hit movies including Avengers, Jurassic Park, The Greatest Showman, Superman, and Trolls, performed live by the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra. Adding a Wyoming-inspired highlight to the program, audiences will also enjoy the debut of a new Cowboy Suite, specially arranged by the Symphony’s Composer in Residence, Jeff Lippencott.

Designed with families in mind, the Movie Music Matinee encourages attendees to come in costume and arrive early to explore the Symphony’s instrument petting zoo, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the lobby. This interactive experience allows children and adults alike to get up close with orchestral instruments before the concert begins.
