VENTURE provides hands-on experience and practical skill development that prepares both students and teachers to thrive in today’s fast-moving economy. Connecting the Classroom to Careers VENTURE is dedicated to building high-quality career development opportunities that prepare young professionals for success. By collaborating with schools, colleges, and employers, we: Support internships, pre-apprenticeships, and early post-secondary experiences Help students earn industry-recognized credentials Build real-world pathways that align directly with employer needs But it doesn’t stop there—VENTURE also invests in educators. Through educator externships, teachers and counselors gain firsthand insight into today’s industries, equipping them to better guide students toward careers that match their strengths and aspirations.
